Most US deliveries arrive within about five working days of dispatch. International orders take longer, commonly two to three weeks depending on the destination.
You receive two emails: a confirmation when you order, then a tracking reference once the carrier collects your parcel. Tracking codes often stay inactive for the first twenty-four hours, so an empty tracking page on the first evening is normal.
